Kayla is a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with over a decade of service in women’s health. After earning her RN in 2012, Kayla quickly established herself in the field, having previously worked for six years as an LPN. Her career has been focused on supporting women and infants, where she has served in various roles, including floor nurse, charge nurse, and Facilitator (assistant manager), before accepting her current position as Women’s Health Care Coordinator.

Kayla’s commitment to excellence is evident in her certifications, which include EFM-C and RNC-OB, showcasing her expertise in electronic fetal monitoring and obstetrics. Alongside her specialization in women’s health, she has also gained valuable experience by working in the emergency department for two years, adding to her versatile skill set.

In her current role, Kayla provides comprehensive support to women throughout all stages of their care journey, from prenatal to postpartum. She also assists with newborn care and lactation needs. Her work allows her to build meaningful relationships with her patients, as she continues to work casually in the birth center, ensuring continuity of care and a personal touch.

Outside of her professional life, Kayla is a devoted wife and mother to five children. She cherishes time with her family and enjoys a wide range of activities, including traveling, camping, fishing, hiking, and attending her kids’ sporting events. She is passionate about the outdoors and loves spending time with friends, embracing a balanced lifestyle that combines work, family, and recreation.
