Director of Risk, Quality, and Compliance

Stephanie Quam, LNHA, brings over a decade of experience in healthcare leadership with a strong focus on quality improvement and regulatory compliance. She earned her bachelor’s degree in health care administration from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and began her career as a Resident Care Assistant at a memory care facility in Eau Claire, WI. This experience ignited her passion for caring for others and set the foundation for her career in healthcare.

As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Stephanie has extensive experience managing federal and state compliance and quality surveys. Prior to joining Western Wisconsin Health, she provided leadership as a Nursing Home Administrator in St. Paul, MN, where she developed a deep expertise in driving quality initiatives and ensuring regulatory compliance.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
