Director of Patient Care Services
Erika began her nursing career as a nursing assistant at Western Wisconsin Health in 2003. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Century College in 2005 and, in late 2006, transitioned to another facility to specialize in obstetrics. During her time away, she gained experience in various hospital nursing roles, including obstetrics, medical-surgical, emergency care, infection prevention, and quality management, appreciating the diverse opportunities nursing provides.
After completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2017, Erika returned to Western Wisconsin Health in 2021 as the Birth Center Manager. Since then, she has earned her Master’s in Nursing and played a key role in expanding the Birth Center by over 700%.
Beyond her career, Erika enjoys spending time with her family, including her children—Alexa, Hunter, and Brooklyn. Together, they love weekends at the cabin, boating, swimming, and playing games.
