Kerri has been working in the fitness industry since 2009. During that time she has been a group fitness instructor, aquatics instructor, lifeguard, high school track and cross country coach and personal trainer.  She believes the exercise you choose should be something you love to do.  However, she also believes you can fall in love with new things!  Kerri enjoys helping people set goals and working with them to achieve those goals.
