Personal Trainer & Occupational Therapist
Andrea Cronk, OTR/L and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, has the joy of combining two areas of knowledge to provide a collaborative treatment and wellness approach for her clients and their families. While completing her Bachelor of Science in Biology at UW-River Falls, she earned her certification in Personal Training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Andrea went on to earn a Master of Occupational Therapy at UW-Milwaukee. With a strong desire to provide evidence-based care in areas of need for her clients, Andrea has devoted much time to earning further certifications, including Senior Fitness Specialization for safe, effective, and evidence-based wellness and fitness techniques to use with senior populations, LSVT BIG for an evidence-based occupational therapy treatment approach and wellness program for those living with Parkinson’s disease and other populations, and Ayres Sensory Integration for evidence-based occupational therapy treatment and evaluation of sensory-motor concerns within pediatric populations. Additionally, she has experience in cranio-sacral therapy, aquatic therapy, and primitive reflex integration.
Andrea is passionate about helping individuals and families engage in their favorite hobbies and daily activities with greater ease and joy. She takes the time to understand the unique qualities of each family. She acknowledges that understanding the foundational levels of pediatric development is crucial to providing the necessary support for children and families to develop healthfully.
Outside of work, Andrea loves to participate in local community events, as well as anything outdoors, from camping and gardening to marathon running.
