Massage Therapist

Julia earned her massage therapy diploma at Minnesota Southeast Technical College in Red Wing, MN. Julia is board-certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She has experience in areas of deep tissue, trigger point, Swedish, and sports massage. Julia has a special interest in massage for headache relief, low back pain, and combining deep tissue, sports, trigger point, and Swedish to provide a relaxing yet tension/pain relieving massage.

In her free time, she enjoys nature, and spending time with her husband and pet rabbit Sterling.

In our fast-paced world, it is easy to forget to pay attention to what our bodies are telling us, so I enjoy working with individuals to help them reconnect with and listen to their bodies.
