Shannon has been a dedicated team member at Western Wisconsin Health since 1991. With extensive experience in both the emergency room and cardiac care departments, Shannon has developed a strong foundation in patient care and medical expertise. Now serving as the Urgent Care Coordinator, she finds great satisfaction in assisting patients with minor injuries and illnesses.

Outside of her professional role, Shannon enjoys spending time outdoors and has a deep passion for her family, sports, and knitting. These personal interests contribute to her balance and fulfilling life, helping her stay energized and connected with her community.
